Kazeeno Site Terms
This player agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of Kazeeno and all services provided through this platform. By creating an account or using any part of this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the provisions contained in this document. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
Access to Kazeeno is restricted to individuals who meet the following minimum requirements. Persons who do not satisfy all eligibility criteria are prohibited from registering or using any service on this platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
- You must be a resident of a country in which online gambling is lawfully permitted.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a restricted territory as listed in our Restricted Countries policy.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have voluntarily restricted your access to gambling services.
Kazeeno reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances held pending review.
2. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture at Kazeeno’s discretion.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
- You must notify Kazeeno immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You must keep your registered contact details up to date.
- You must not use a false identity or impersonate another person.
Kazeeno is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
3. Identity Verification
As part of its commitment to operating a secure and compliant platform, Kazeeno requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the player’s account lifecycle. The documents typically requested include, but are not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, national identity card, or driving licence).
- Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of payment method (front of card with middle digits obscured, or a screenshot of an e-wallet account).
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete. Kazeeno reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Deposits
Funds deposited into your Kazeeno account are held for the purpose of placing wagers on available games and services. All deposit transactions are processed in accordance with the methods available on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction.
The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:
- The minimum deposit amount is $20 per transaction.
- You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be declined and refunded.
- Kazeeno does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Kazeeno reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is believed to be connected with fraudulent activity or that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source owned by the account holder.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing. Players are advised to complete their KYC verification before submitting a withdrawal request in order to avoid delays.
The following limits and conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 per transaction.
- The maximum withdrawal amount is $5,000 per day.
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit where technically possible.
- Any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
Kazeeno aims to process approved withdrawal requests in a timely manner; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Kazeeno is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, Kazeeno may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players. This player agreement, together with any bonus-specific terms published at the time the offer is made, governs the acceptance and use of all promotional awards.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic restrictions.
- Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from bonus play that satisfy applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
- Kazeeno reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer, including through arbitrage strategies, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Players are encouraged to review the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes agreement to all associated terms.
7. Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount applies.
Players should be aware of the following when fulfilling wagering requirements:
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotions section of the site.
- Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
- If a player’s real-money balance is depleted during an active bonus, wagers will be deducted from the bonus balance.

All games available on Kazeeno are provided by third-party software suppliers and use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Kazeeno does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game results.
Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players in multiplayer or live game formats.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest play.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, Kazeeno reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. Winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are not payable.
9. Responsible Gambling
Kazeeno is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity. This player agreement acknowledges that gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income.
The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount deposited into their account.
- Loss limits: players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
- Session time limits: players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual play sessions.
- Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform.
- Reality checks: periodic notifications may be enabled to remind players of the time elapsed during a session.
